Whenever shopping online and shipping internationally across borders, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay any customs fees and/or import taxes charged by the local delivery service when the order is delivered.
Your parcel may be sent back to Japan if you fail to pay any fees or taxes.
Fee amounts and requirements depend on your country's customs regulations. Please check with your local customs office for specific information regarding the items you would like to import (for example, in the United States you can check with the US Customs Office).
Orders can be cancelled without charge within two hours of placement. To do this, go your Profile page and under the Order tab, click Cancel button next to the order you would like to cancel. Please understand that if more than two hours pass after placing the order, this option will not be available and you will be charged for the order.

On your Profile page, click the Orders tab and use the Cancel button to cancel an order without charge within two hours after placeing the order.
Once the order has been confirmed and paid, the shop ships the products to the ZenPlus warehouse. In most cases the products arrive at ZenPlus within two to three days, but in very rare cases it can take up to two weeks. Product deliver times vary from shop to shop and ZenPlus will work with the selling shops and remind them should it take longer than normal for the order to arrive at our warehouse.
When the order arrives at the ZenPlus warehouse, each product is inspected one by one, and if there is any abnormality in the condition of the item, we will confirm with the customer and/or the shop. In addition, if you purchase products from multiple stores, we will manage the products until all the products are available, then pack and ship them in one package.
Zenplus ships your repackaged and relabled order by the shipping type selected by you. After the shipping company picks up the package you will receive a tracking number by email. Please use the tracking number to check the progress of your delivery. The details of the tracking information available depends on type of shipping selected and information made available by the shipping company. Any issues during delivery will be handled by the shipping company.
ZenPlus checks if the item is prohibited from importing to the order destination country. Every country has different rules and regulations when it comes to importing products across borders. An example is restrictions on alcohol and also on some medicines, and it is important to check in advance whether the product is safe to import into your country. If the customs in the destination country contact you regarding any issue with your package, please understand that ZenPlus can not negotiate on behalf of you if.
ZenPlus shipping partner will deliver your package to the destination address set by you. Depending on the type of shipping and customs inspection, the delivery time may vary though most packages arrive within a week from departing the ZenPlus warehouse. Please use the tracking number provided to see updates on the delivery of your package.
